The Rockwood Leadership Program is a 501c3 nonprofit public benefit organization. We serve people and organizations working for the common good in important social change sectors including environmental protection, elections reform, racial justice, human rights, civil rights and more.

Our mission it to make our high-end professional trainings and retreats available to activists, organizers and policy advocates at an affordable rate, so that more national leaders, their organizations, and the entire social change movement can benefit from greater skill and grace in the workplace.
