The Rockwood Leadership Program promotes social change
through delivering expert tools in organizational leadership and
collaboration to progressive non-profits.
We offer:
The Art of Leadership
A four-day
training on the most critical organizational as well
as inner skills necessary for successful, lasting
social change work
The Rockwood Fellowship
A yearlong program to offer leadership and collaboration support to leaders within strategic sectors. We offer Fellowships in:
- LGBTQ Community and Advocacy
- Media, Communications and Information Policy
Leading from the Inside Out delivers an intensive leadership development program in an intimate and highly-interactive learning environment to a select group of key leaders. Our year-long invitational training has emerged as one of the nation's leading 'learning laboratories' for experienced non-profit advocates and organizers.
